I have a report which at the moment looks something like this...

<Edited...table doesn't show properly...commas added for clarity>

Product & Company, Inv. Value, Cont. KSM

Board, £34,663, £45.78,
A&A Corrugated, £ 4,645, £56.45,
Bridgeshire, £ 3,736, £23.45,
Pre-Print, £67,563, £56.45,
Golden Ltd, £ 5,273, £ 4.50,
Vortex Plc, £ 4,562, £ 3.67,

etc...

All information here is picked up from one table. I've set up a group header the company names, so it doesn't list all orders for that particular company...this report is for total of all invoice values for any given date range. However, setting up the grouping means that it sorts on that group. I want it to sort ascending on Cont.KSM which is a calculated field. I can't find any properties to do this, nor can I get it to work through sorting and grouping. I've tried adding the unbound field name of Cont.KSM to sorting and grouping with no luck (when running the report it asks me for a value for "text44" (the name of the unbound field)).

Can anyone help?

Regards,

have the calculation done in a query and base the report on that. Have that field be listed first in the Sorting and Grouping box without any headers or footers. In the next line, put your company name with the headers, footers, grouping, etc...
