Sorting of data not working (1 Viewer)

Could we please have assistance in our Access 2003 sorting problem?

When the form opens, we would like the form to be sorted by,
Analyst Name / Analyst Company, but for some reason the form has two sorting groups that are not being properly sorted.

The same problem occurs at;
The top left Combo Box =
Sorting by / Analyst Name / Analyst Company

@ the DOT - Sorting by / Analyst Company / Analyst Name
@ the DOT - Sorting by / Analyst Name / Analyst Company

@ the Q - Sorting when Analyst_Update_Q is opened

Your suggestion on how to fix this problem will be appreciated.

You have Analyst_Name set as primary key. Names make poor keys because multiple people can have same name. Don't even have keys defined in other tables.

Why have sort criteria in query if you want to control this through form?

There is something odd about the analyst names in those first 9 records. Position cursor in field at end of data. It shows blank space at end and backspacing deletes letters. Suggest data corruption. Delete those records and recreate.

I have Deleted and Re-entered the problem records and the files now look good.
