Sorting property sheet (1 Viewer)

Recent versions of MS Access, allows sorting properties in property sheet.
My problem is sometimes sort button is hidden. If I close the form and open in it again I have the sort button.
Does anybody know why sometimes sorting button is hidden?
I suspect there should be a specific condition but I can't figure when and how.

I haven't noticed this myself but I will keep an eye out for it.

Mouse Right Click Fail
I have noticed on several occasions that the right click Mouse button appears to be disabled. It seems an intermittent fault and I am unable to reproduce it at will. I hadn't really took a lot of notice of it, as I suspected it might have been my mouse playing up, but I'm beginning to think it's something to do with MS Access...

what is Sort button? is this the same with Order By On Load on Data tab of Property Sheet?

Clicking that button, sorts the properties alphabetically.
