Something I was not aware of! It's amazing really, been doing Access for so long, and never knew that....

I've never heard of them for Access either!

Now that's really neat. There lots I can do with that!
Not studied the code yet so I'm unclear why it works in Print Preview but not Report View.
Presumably dependant on event code....
Anyway, I've converted Philiben's demo to ACCDB and changed the default View to Print Preview
