Splitting A monthly upload column into 12 columns

Hi Guys.

I need some help.

I have some data that is month dependant. It is going to be uploaded to Access 1 month at a time, with the month noted in the "Month" column.

I then need to split it into the 12 months.

I have attached a picture of a screenshot of the way that I am attempting it, but is there an easier way?

To recap,

Month on OSSCombined has ALL months held in it.

I need to split this then into the held quantities by month.

I'll have a play around. Never really used a cross tab before.
