Splitting text through columns

Hi,

I need an access query which will extract data from a string from column called "Unit" in my table and distribute in four different columns. The columns are called

BUDIV1
BU
Sector
Sub Sector
East Group Sector

I have attached the sample data below. In the below example you can see how I have spitted the "Unit" column across the different column manually.

Please let me know if you have any further questions. Any help will be greatly appreciated
