In the video clip, embedded in the article below, Bruce Springsteen makes the typical stale, tired, unimaginative left wing rhetoric that is unsupported. Springsteen states:
  • We are abandoning our allies.
    • Name the allies that the US is abandoning. The Biden administration abandoned our long term ally Israel. Biden by not enforcing the sanctions against Iran facilitated terrorism in the Middle East.
  • We are rolling back historic civil rights legislation.
    • Name those civil rights. The Biden administration violated civil rights through DEI programs.
  • We are abandoning the worlds children.
    • State how. DOGE has already documented that a significant number of supposed humanitarian aid programs where nothing more than money laundering schemes for consultants that did not actually provide real aid. Specifically the Clinton Foundation and its vaporware "aid" to Haiti. The Biden administration was involved in human trafficking and child abuse by opening the US border.
  • We are abandoning the concept of a moral and just society.
    • That seems laughable in the face of what the Democrats were doing. 1) lawfare against Republicans. 2) Democrats making a mockery of the democratic process, 3) hiding Biden's dementia and hiding who was actually running the country. 4) making racism official US government policy through DEI programs.
The likes of Springsteen (and the media) simply spew predetermined anti-US talking points and are apparently are never asked to cite facts that would support whatever their contentions are. Unfortunately, a large portion of the US populations seems to be gullible to these deplorable remarks.

We are abandoning our allies.
We are trying to shore up our relationship with our allies in a fair and equitable manner - allies are not just people to allow to walk all over you, they should be fair partners.
We are rolling back historic civil rights legislation
Not really, we're mostly just ending the "special treatment" that minorities enjoyed under DEI, which special treatment was always racist and discriminatory.
We are abandoning the worlds children
this I'm not positive about
We are abandoning the concept of a moral and just society
NO, we're just finally admitting that special treatment for minorities is neither moral nor just, and the rule of law is a good thing

@Isaac: Need to make a clarification concerning my post. It appears that the statements are those that I made. They are not. They are statements that Springsteen made. You need to look at my responses below those made by Springsteen. My responses are those with the little "o". Note the words "Springsteen states:" below.

I knew that I was just responding to Springsteen wth my own thoughts - no worries, I know you would not state such things :)

No problem. :)
A case of me not realizing how the response to a statement could be attributed to you even-though you are citing someone else!
