standard list of country names?

Hi all

Is there a standard list of country names I could download and paste into my Country table, to save typing them all in!

Follow this website:

http://ftp.ics.uci.edu/pub/websoft/wwwstat/country-codes.txt

Copy the text into Excel and add code to breakout the ISO codes from the name (i.e. in cell B1 type Left(A1,2))

This should get you an Excel file you can download into Access

oh and if you want the country name
Add =Len(A1) to Cell C

and

=Right(A1,C1-5) to Cell D
