Please help with setting up a database... Greatly appreciated...
I am trying to setup a database that i can use at work.
I do quality control for phone monitoring for a local company.
Here is what i want to do.
I want to have a login form setup so i can login with 3 users
Admin
Monitor (editing)
Viewer (viewing)
There is basically 10 categories that i mark the call on. I want to setup the database that i will be able to enter a quality monitor into the system by chosing the name of the list.
So i will be monitoring about 20 people a day i want their scores to go into a table with the MONITOR login and than i want to be able to get stats on who is improving in what area and view them by their supervisor or by their team.
I'm been at this for about 40 hours and i am not doing to good.
Can anyone please help me with this I know i am a newB to access but i have tons of other experiance i just need to know the functions and what not...
