startup loading form problem

hope all r fine
i have only one request and this is that is there any way to directly open the user defined login form instead of bydeafult access form coming first then user defined form is coming. the screen coming first is attached here with.
if there is any way so please let me know the method.
i want to open the form when i first time open it will directly go to my form not access default form and then my form .

any help should realy be appriciated.

It looks like that screen is a macro security warning. Go to tools then macros - security and select low
