stop design view in forms

although i have stopped the navigation form from being accessed i can still right click on the main form and it will say "design view" how can i stopped that from being seen

on access option, Untick:

Allow Default Shortcut menus

you probably ought to issue completed apps as an accde, so then there is no design view available to users
