strange situation

Hey there here is a very strange situation i hope you can help me with. Me and 1 other IT administrator have the full version of access 97 on our Pc's all other users who need to look at reports and program related to access have MS Runtime installed, My problem is that there are a couple of reports that have fax numbers at the top of the page which have suddenly on the users pc display NAME#?. This is a very sudden change and we cannot recall doing any work to any of these reports. However the reports which dont seem to run for some reason work on my machine and the other IT administrators as we both have access. So i tried to install access 97 full version on to a couple of users pc and sure enough they still didnt work, to fax these reports we use a program called zetafax. can anyone help me in this dilema

If the reports recordsource is a form-based parameter query, make sure the form is open...
