Strike out records in a report

Hello Everybody,

I have a report with several records. What i want to do is strike out the record if a certain condition is met. What i had done is, i kept a line with visible property set to NO and make this line visible if the condition is met. The problem is i have a remarks column whose contents span to 3 or 4 lines. So in this case since i am using only a single line i can't strike out from the 2nd line ownwards in the Remarks column. Any better ideas or suggestions?

You should use a filter when the report opens
or a parameter query to base you report on.
If you wanted the certain records that met the condition to stand out, you could use conditional formatting DesignView->Format->Conditional Formatting
