Stuck in Access

This is my first time posting, so hopefully I get this right...
My question is this...I am currently working on a subform that pulls information from a main form through a main table in order to properly parce a set amount of time for technicians working on the same task. At the same time, I am also trying to figure out how to present this info in the subform without duplicating the first line.

I apologize for sounding so redundant. Please let me know if you need further clarifications.

I opened your DB example and the tables and query are missing. In order to show you could we have a version that has a few records for display? Dummy data is fine

Hmmm, that's funny. I opened up the the DB in the zip file and the existing table opened up fine. I would include a dumbed-down query, but the file would be too big to send.

5/1/07: I've attached 2 zip files...one is the table (converted to Excel) which is the main information I will be using and the other is the form in which this information is inputted.

I'm hoping someone can help me with this.
