Hm - now that is strange -

Are you sure you are clicking on "Demarketed Clients" and NOT "Frozen Assets" (the latter works fine). I get this error every time? Judging by the type of error i'm getting - do you know why / what could be the fix? (although, this might be difficult if you can't reproduce)

Hi Bob,

Thanks for that - the error comes up when you try to add the next record (i.e.// a second record below). You'll notice the error comes up.

The error also comes up if you attempt to jump to the next record, without an entry in the "Identified By" field of the first.
