How do you make a check box display the value stored in the underlying yes/no field?
I can set the value of the field using a check box, but the check box shows null when I am browsing through the records. Thanks!

Not sure what is going on. With the form in Design view delete the current check box and then drag the Yes/No field from the Field list to the form. If that check box shows a check mark (assuming a Yes in the table) when you move between records then all is well. If that does not work make a new form with just a couple of fields and the Yes/No field and see if that form works. If both of those fail then I haven't a clue as to what is going on.

Thanks, Jack, for responding, your suggestions helped me to find the problem, which was just an oversight on my part! I had forgetten to add the field to the query that supplied the form. I guess I was a little hasty in posting. Thanks for your time!
