Hi all

Is this possible????I was given a form that i am supposed to base this database on . Im supposed to allow the user to select a person's name and all of thier records should appear.I got this done using a subform (the subform is a in a datasheet formatt) and combobox. But the thing is i must have my subform look a certain way and still perfom the same way as how i had it before. Am i worrying for not or should i be worry because i have no idea how to make this new 'form' work like the old one. I attached a screenshot of the form im supposed to base my present subform on.

Can you set the subforms default view to continuous forms?

Depending on how you set it up, using a subform with Continuous Form selected in the "Default View" property might do the trick for you.
