I have the following set up;
1. A Form to select one parameter in a query and date fields with beginning & end dated using calendars.
2. A report based on the query which the above form provides dates & parameter to. This report has one sub report.
When I select a date range on the form the data in the sub report shows all data for one year which is selected in the date range eg. if I select a beginning date of 1 June 2004 & end date of 15 June 2004 the sub will show data back to 1 January 2004. The nearest I can establish is that it usually shows data for one of the years selected & up to the ending date, regardless of my date settings.
Note that the data from the main part of the report is correct for whatever date range I select.
I have another query, based on the same tables, which extracts data for the current year and the sub report works ok with that one (separate report but is copy of above Rpt).
It looks like my Sub Report likes year to date dates selection but anything less is a problem. Any ideas?
