Subform in report

I have a report set up as a letter for mailing purposes.
in the letter i have a subform listing names, amounts, ect. it is setup in datasheet view.

the problem i have is the more records in the subform it causes the text to display over top of the main reports text boxes that display verbage on the letter.
is there a way to have the subform display the records and adjust the spacing on the main form?

I hope i explained this well enough.
 
are you using forms or reports?

if you are making a report, you should use subREPORTS, not subFORMS. while it IS POSSIBLE to create a subFORM in a REPORT, it is not generally considered good practise and can cause issues.
