Access 97:
I have a report which runs fine. I then put a subreport on it and link the two together. It runs fine, most of the time. However, on one or two of the pages, something "sticks" and I get multiple pages all with a blank subreport and the same page header. The pages are so many that the report never finishes and I have to esc out of it.
The odd part is that this does not happen all the time. I can run it three times in a row, and two will be OK, and then one not. At first I thought it was because I had two subreports. So I removed one and all ran find for a while. But now it's doing the same thing with one subreport. If I remove the subreport, all is fine.
My first thought is that there is something wrong with the link between the two, but the linking field is an ID field and it is never empty or blank, so I don't know what the deal is.
Any suggestions would be appreciated.
