I have an odd situation that I can't seem to figure out. I have Access reports that are broken up into several sections including a header and a footer. I use a force new page before one of the section breaks to create a duplicate copy with certain fields different in the copy to distinguish it from the master.
The data I have displayed in subreports that read from different queries display fine in Access but is "duplicated" when I output to WORD rtf. I know from reading several other posts that rtf is not able to replicate a lot of the data in the Access report (lines, charts, graphs, etc) but I just want to figure out what is causing this "duplicate" subreport data when outputting to WORD rtf.
I use rtf because my users need to be able to modify the text if necessary. I have looked at several options including mail merge and Stephan Lebans Report Utilities but they require significant modifications to the design of thousands of my reports and I want to make sure I am not missing a simpler solution. Does anyone have any other suggestions.
