Subtracting

I have the following code:

Private Sub NotReady_GotFocus()
NotReady.Text = intTotal - intAHT
End Sub

but, when i have a 10 for inttotal and a 5 for intaht

it puts in the notReady.Text '10'

its like it only sees the inttotal.....

what am i doing wrong?

In a quick test:

Private Sub Text0_GotFocus()
Me!Text0.Text = Me!Text2 - Me!Text4
End Sub

worked fine.
