Suggestions for Docs DB (1 Viewer)

Hello,

I have a small project that I want to create but felt like running it by everyone for some input...

Basically, the docs will all be the same format such as an interoffice memo.

I'm not sure the best route to take but the following are a few elements I would like to include in a DB that stores documents created.

1. Store date created as well as a revised date.
2. Increment when a new doc is created and place this number within a format similar to (XXX-001-ZZZ) where XXX and ZZZ are fixed text.
3. Store Name of person creating the new doc.
4. Store Title of Doc
5. Either Email doc from Access or create a doc file in same dir as DB or a docs dir so the doc can be emailed as attachment from another app.
6. Utilize a Spell Checker for the Title and Body of the doc.
7. Record the number of times a doc was printed and/or if emailed from Access if possible.

Any direction or suggestions appreciated in advance!
