Sum of Table in other Table

Hello

i have one table"SALARY" which contains all employee's Salary of Complete financial Year.
i want to create an other table in which i get all employees total salary in year

how can i got it
like sumif function in Excel

The figure that you need is a calculation, which would not usually be saved to a table but calculated when ever and where ever it is needed. The calculation could be done with a VBA built in function like DSum() see: http://www.techonthenet.com/access/functions/domain/dsum.php
