Switchboard - ActiveX Shockwave problems

Im tryin to display a ActiveX Shockwave Flash Object as the background to a switchboard form.

problem:
i cant get the command buttons to sit on top of the flash object which is very disheartening after spending all day making the flash background

wanted end result:
to be able to see and use my controls (mainly command buttons) while displaying the moving flash object behind them.

any ideas or help??

Not knowing flash, not sure if this will work, but have you tried BRING TO FRONT on your command buttons or SEND TO BACK on your flash object?
