Switchboard- Help needed

I have been trying to create a switchboard for my database, however when I click forms nothing appears, even though I have included data into all of the forms which have been added to the swichboard.

What am I doing wrong?

When you say switchboard is this a main form that has buttons to open other forms? And are these forms opening but with no data?

Do you have a front and back? If so, are they linked properly?
