Synchronise Records in 2 Forms

Hi, I am a new user so please be gentle with me.
My problem is that I have 2 main forms in my HR database containing staff records from 2 tables. The tables have a 1 to 1 relationship with link being the staff members last name. In the first table the field is "LastName", in the 2nd it is "LName".

I want to open the 2nd form from the 1st form and synchronise records. Can anyone help me please?

Look at the wherecondition argument of OpenForm. You can open the second form filtered to the record displayed on the first.
