I think I know the answer to this question but I'm going to ask.

Is it possible to put a tab control on a tab control? My Access file is attached. See the from called form1 I want to put tab controls called TabReviewers and TabAssessments on the tab control called TabMain.

If it's not possible to put a tab control on another tab control I'd be open to suggestions for achieving the allusion that that's what's happening.

Hi. I think the way I have done it before is by using a subform.

Yes you can and I have done so successfully.
In fact you can go several layers deep...with or without using a subform e.g.

However be warned that this type of layout:
1. can be confusing to end users if you overdo it
2. is definitely confusing for the developer in trying to reference form controls or manage program flow

Using subforms containing the 'sub-tabs' should help you manage the complexities of the coding needed
Good luck
