Tabbed forms - create special look

Hi,

I was not really sure how to formulate this question, so I took a screenshot of what I would like to be done.(a picture speaks a 1000 words)
The screenshot(see sections.jpg) is from MS Word (working on German project at the mo so just dont mind that), and I would like my Access form to also be tabbed like it is, i.e. they should be able to go under each other and not all be in one horizontal line.
Is this possible?
