Just a quick question, not sure if I’m making this more difficult than it is but here goes. Trying to create something to hold questionnaire data, 20 questions have the same sub-sections, for example
How do you rate service A
Excellent Yes No
Good Yes No
Moderate Yes No
Poor Yes No
Very Poor Yes No
How do you rate service B……
My problem is how to do this without repeating the same fields over and over again. Any ideas most welcome.
