Table Lookups

Hi All
I am trying to link two fields in a table here is an example ....

Field A
Values stored could be....
AAA, BBB, CCC, DDD etc

LIST TO LOOK UP
AAA = UDC2
BBB = UDC1
CCC = UDC4
DDD = UDC3

Field B
Needs to lookup listi n Field A
and get correct UDC1, UDC2 etc...

Can anyone help ?
