Table Normalization

I actually received the assignment recently in the class but I feel ashamed to admit it but our teacher does not explain it properly so I was wondering can somebody help me out with this one?

The following sample class list shows the course that three students in different majors have enrolled and the students’ grade. The different data are course, instructor, student and result.

This should be considered;
**Course Setup for each semester**
Reason: Every semester there might be changes of instructor in every subject, or maybe instructor could be assigned in different location.
