Table

In the table design view the fifth field name called "department". But I need to view this field in the second coloumn with values in the datasheet view.

anyone ca help me ?

Such a need is null and void, query datasheet is the same as table datasheet PLUS any 'semi serious stuff' shuoldnt be using datasheet display...

Alternaatively if your married to the datasheet (get a divorse asap) but you can drag and drop the columns as you see fit when you see the datasheet, then simply save the resulting display and next time you open it will look the same...
