Tables in Switchboard

Hi,

I'm a little confused as to what is going wrong. I am using the default switchboard to create menu options for a database. In that menu I have an option to open various tables. The final option is to close the current switchboard menu and return to the previous menu. I can create this and the return to previous menu works fine until I open and then close a table. After that the return to previous menu option does not work. Has anyone experienced this before? If so, how did you get over it?
