Tabs in a form

Hi

I have created seperate tabs in a form, however if I put something in the second tab it will also appear on the first is there anyway to have it unqiue to the second tab.

you havent really put in the tab. its on the detail section underneath tranparent tabs.

cut it, select the tab you want, and paste it again. You will have to reset any event coding for the control after you do this. the code will still be in the form module, but it will drop the setting in the events tab.

The secret is to do as Dave said, cut it then paste it after selecting the page, as opposed to trying to drag it onto the page.

And in reality the REAL secret is to place them on the tab correctly the first time which means to click on the tab that you want it on first (the actual tab) and then when you go to place the control the square area of the tab should turn black as you place it on there.

The appearance of the black "inset" is, indeed, the proof positive that the page rather than the entire control has been selected!
