Hi guys anybody had any dealings / advice with TAPI compliant phone systems and access2000

The Boss saw a demo last week and was that imprested he wants we to do a feasibility report

I have appointment next week with the Panasonic Reps and would like some REAL questions to through at them, I have been told they will configure the coding to our DB

All same to easy

Hi Oldsoftboss - That’s spooky that’s its yourself that replied

It was 1 of your samples that I used for the look up Tel No form, which returns the clients File

Seen the demo this afternoon looks amazing with a Access DB along with the CTI software VoiceMail AutoAttendant etc

Forgetting all the bits & bobs it all will come down to the Million dollar question or in this case £6000.00

1.Ask the client for their Tel No to look up their file every time they call
OR
2.Have the File already up on the screen before you take the call

Answer ????
