I've searched and read and got a lot of ideas for creating an appointment application to schedule our technicians, but haven't stumbled across exactly what I am looking for. Since I am much better at excel than access, I had created the attached appointment spreadsheet but it is obviously a db application. So before I start programming, does anyone have a direction (existing app) that you think would be the closest to what I need. The closest is a Trinity College app that is also attached. It only has a spot for 1 technican but I might be able to expand it to more.

I need to schedule multiple (4 now but growing) technicians on multiple jobs each day and see a weekly view. A monthly view is nice but optional.

Any help is appreciated

Jeff Conrad (Access Junkie) has a pretty big collection of calendars. Don't know if you will find exactly what your looking for there but perhaps it one will kick start some thought for you.:)

thanks for the replies. I did check some of the stuff on Jeffs list but I will check through the rest to see if I missed something that might get me going in the right direction. The dbi stuff looks really good, i'll have to weigh my cash available against my time available (more time than cash at the moment)
thanks
