Question template needed for novice

hey
sorry but real novice here :eek: and I would like to know where and if I can get a template I can use for client registrations? We need names, addresses, sex, email, plus other fields. We are a community group and I dont have the expertise or time to set it up from scratch. I tried Microsoft but I couldnt find anything there suitable as we dont have the office 2007.
Any info / assistance and comments will be gratefully appreciated

Although I might knock up an application in Access, Smart Address is a very capable shareware address and contact manager. Worth a look. Just Google Smart Address.
 
If you want to pop me a message with your exact requirements I will take a look for you. I have a bit of time on my hands at the moment so I can see if I can knock something together quickly for you.

Why not:
1) Pull a copy of Northwind's Employees table into your application.
2) Open it up, then highlight and delete all the records.
3) Move to design view and highlight/delete the fields you don't want.
4) Still in design view, add Gender, Email and any other fields you need.

I dont have the expertise or time to set it up from scratch

What I've suggested above should take all of about 3 minutes.
