Hi - I need help.

My contact database is going really well - my first one but I have a question.

I have created multiple queries and am looking to have them saved as a form - that's ok not a problem there. The problem is with the form header. I want to create a text box which allows for the 'project name' which will also be the saved forms name to automatically appear without have to create it every time I save a new form.

Example:

Query for a project called 'City Reborn Project' results in 150 contacts.
I then save it the form as 'City Reborn Project'

5 months later there is a new project called 'XYZ results in 220 contacts.
I then want to save a new form as 'XYZ' and instead of having to manually change the text box - I was wondering if you could do it automatically upon saving the form?

I hope this makes some sense. :)

Why don't you just normalise your database and then only create one form?

Unfortunately it would be a lot of information on one form. Any ideas though if this can be done?

Can't you split the information into specific blocks using a tab control?

Why do you want to do this? If you must, Mile's suggestion sounds cool.
