Text Formatting (?)

Hi,
Could some one please jog my memory, what I'm trying to achieve is formatting of text.
Basically I'd like to have text on 2 lines but in one cell (not merged)...I used to use a short cut but unable to recall.

Any help appreciated.

Alt + Enter gives a hard break in the text
