For some reason the location of my text changes in print preview. For example, the last word of one line may hop to the next line in print preview. This is a real pain because I have data that needs to fill in to the reports. For example, I have a sentence that says, "I agree to pay a pre-set fee of ________ per month. Then the countrol box goes where the blank is and fills the dollar amount. This looks great in the design view of the report, but when I go to print preview the text shifts and my conrol box may be overlapping part of the paragraph because the blank moved. I hope I am making sense.

It sounds like you're trying to align textboxes with the text and one with the data. You can mix both in one textbox like:

="I agree to pay a pre-set fee of " & [FieldName] & " per month."

Where FieldName is the name of the field containing the amount.

Great solution. Is there any way I can bold or underline the control entry that is mixed in?

Using your example, is there a way I can bold [FieldName] in ="I agree to pay a pre-set fee of " & [FieldName] & " per month."

Not that I'm aware of offhand.

From my research I've found that Access doesn't allow you to use different formatting options within a text box. The only way I've found so far is to use some third party options with RTF and html. Thank you for your replies.
