Hi all, I have been on the outside of this forum looking in for a while and find the advice given a real help, but like all newbies the more I learn the more I get confused about what I thought I already knew!

Can you recommend a good site to help me understand tables and the key methods to understanding successful relationships between them?
Thanks all
Ian

Ian,

Use the search facility here to look for "normalization".

Thanks guy's
That was a real help, but as I said, you know what us newbies are like I will be back with my begging bowl in a few days:rolleyes:

Thanks again!
Ian

Forgive the sidebar question, but... are you THE Ian Hunter of Mott The Hoople fame?

Nah! He's just one of the young dudes...

Sorry to disappoint you but no, although I have been asked that question quite a bit over the years. Funny how sometimes you chat to people without knowing who they are - I was in Putney - South London a few years back near where I used to live and was chatting to this guy about music and football (US and English) ended up that it was Scott Goram? from Thin Lizzy! Great bloke good band, but probably couldn't help me with Access database questions:D

Cheers Guy's and thanks for you help;)

Ian,

I didn't really expect you were.:D

But I've had many similar experiences over my 23 years as a stagehand. I did meet him once when he played a club I teched for in the early 1980's.

Mile,

They were '70's, I met him on his solo tour in the '80's.

This link to Ian Hunter should give you a quick history of both Ian and MTH.

lol, I know who Mott the Hoople were. I was just asserting my youth. ;)

LOL, Mile... :D

As I approach 45, I really needed that! :p And just when I was starting to reminisce of My youth.

BTW... I really find your new avatar appealing. Are you free for dinner tonite?
