The Christmas Thread

Sort of like the parable of the sower and the seeds, Adam. At least ONE of the interpretations of the parable is that we cannot condemn a field for what it does or doesn't provide, for all fields produce according to their nature. (I know there are other interpretations, but that one applies here.)
 
For the Americans who might not know. Jack Whitehall is a famous UK comedian, the old guy he is talking to is his dad.

They do a few skits together Jack being modern and bordering on woke, his dad being old school with a no nonsense attitude! It is very funny when they get together!
 
Did you hear about the dislexic youngster who emailed his Christmas presents wish list to Satan?

There has never been a gender epidemic before.

There was an anorexia epidemic, followed by a self-harm epidemic..

That's the essence of this gender fad...

its something to do with destroying the current culture, rewording .. it started with "manholes" changing BC and AD. Some government departments dictating the words you are allowed to use.

it's all done with the best intentions of course, but if you object, you are "cancelled" or worse.

The distruction of democracy by the democrats. It would be comical, if it weren't so insidious...
 
Yep, that's pretty darn well-said.

It's a very harmful fad, though, which is taking away people's liberties to believe what they wish by pretending to do the opposite.

I believe I am a pink elephant and if thou darest to disagree, thou shalt be put in prison. Who would have thought our civilization would get so dumb that that would be an effective power strategy, as the elephant-identifier knows from the beginning a great % of people will strenuously object.

I guess video games in the 90's did make our brain mush after all
