I create crosstab query column heading >>>>>>>>>Month(TransactionDate)

my problem is

I build a report based on this query and set the design

when criteria change

report not open

and tell me that the field does not recognize

I know that

but how can I show the report even if no data in query for this field on the report



I want always show 12 month on cross tab query and also on the report

but based on the criteria may reduce the month for example 1234 only

Have you tried using an alias for each column? For example: Jan, Feb, etc.

To get fixed headers even when there is no data, enter all the months Jan, Feb .... Nov, Dec in the Column Headings property
