The OLE Server Isn't Registered - To Regestier the OLE Server Install it

I keep on getting this error. I have done 'Regsvr32.exe "C:\Program Files\Common Files\Microsoft Shared\Triedit\Triedit.dll" '. I have downloaded and install OWC.exe. I am still getting the error.

Anybody got any ideas.
