I don't know much about this situation, but I have this observation: If an institution is conducting an investigation, it seems to me it would be a dereliction of duty if the head of that institution was to go on record citing conclusions in advance of the release of the investigation's findings.

I think it depends on the organization and what details are being released. In police investigations, they sometimes will drop a little bit of information and sometimes not. I guess they have their reasons depending on the details

Technically he is not but keep that thought if it makes you happy. The cases are falling around you. Also, I don't generally wish ill on others but I'm going to make an exception here. I hope that you are someday put through the same hell of persecutions that Trump has faced because when you firmly believe that it is OK to weaponize the federal government against a political opponent, you really need to have the wrath of the corrupt government turned full force on yourself. Your opinions are so anti-American they are beyond belief.

Well, I do not return your ill will in kind. I have tremendous and ongoing respect for your knowledge, the freedom with which you share it, and the enormous contribution you have made to this place over the course of many years.
To me, politics, and our opinions in that arena, comprise only one very small facet of ourselves, and so I remain respectful of those with whom I may have political disagreements, even though I may ridicule their opinions and/or choice of candidates.
Anyway, with respect, I hope you have a very pleasant remainder of your day.

Actually, he's only been convicted of things that were misdemeanors. The mental gyrations required to elevate them to be considered felonies was totally illegitimate
