hi there
wen i ever i try to make a query in mas access xp it comes up with a error message
"there is'nt enough memory to perform this operation..."

ive got 192mb of ram so it is enuff and i have closed proghrams not in use but still aint workin
im running win xp pro
helppppppppp

i know i have posted this in the query section but i thought that if i post it here i'll get more responses:)

You could have a corrupt form or you could have a calculation that is the problem. Hard to know what is going on so try importing everything into a new database and see if that helps. If not then delete the form that is causing the problem and try making a new one.

i have tried evrything , it is not a form , wen i click new query the msg box comes up , also in the northwind db wen i click on design for a query it comes up again , i have scanned , reinstalled, detect and repaired and it still aint workin

any other ideas

I haven't a clue as to what is going on and it sounds like you have tried everything. Is this something new in that Access has worked for you in the past?

I'm sorry, but I really have no further suggestions for you...

Jack
