This Database continues to give me a headache

Hi,
Unfortunately I haven't had a chance to go back in and do any testing yet. I just moved house and it's been too busy at work for me to get some quiet time to work on this, but I have every intention of trying it out as soon as I can. I'll be sure to let everyone know how it goes. I'm hoping to get time either at the end of this week or start of next week.

Ok guys I finally got the chance to try out the tips that were given to me and wow it was so easy doing it the way ypma suggested making a query with both tables in it and then using that query to make the form. I then just had to slightly modify my existing queries for my reports and everything is working! It makes things sooo much easier not having to type in all the details but just selecting from the drop down and having the rest come up automatically.
I just want to thank everyone for taking time out of their days to help me. I really appreciate all the help and my boss is going to be really happy!
