O.k. So heres one for the ages. I need to know if something is possible again, If this question is already done I'm a big boy and can go find the answer myself. I just don't know what I'm looking for.

I have a customer service form, working beautifully thank you Access world forum, that I need to make a report for. This report is quite simple. Take a few field out of this form make them fit on a page and print to the default printer. Basically for accounting purposes I need to print a sheet of paper with the current customers info and the amount of product we sent them for free.

Can I create a single button to do all of this? Something like a "print current record for sales" button. I only say it should be a report because the way the form is set up it only fits on four pages. And since the sales people need a minimal amount of info from the whole form I thought it best to do it as a report that queries the current record.

Thank you in advance.

Cheers,

Andy

Look up the Where clause of the OpenReport method. Examples are posted here almost on a daily basis.

Thanks. Ill post if there are any problems.
