Tiff Images and Access 2003 (1 Viewer)

I've read that Access 2003 does not support Tiff images anymore. I need to see a document or Website that indicates this so I can back up an arguement. I've seen a little regarding this matter but nothing solid. Can anyone help?

The way to prove your point requires you to have the Access or Office installation kit handy. Either kit will allow you to update your configuration by adding or removing parts. So...

Try to re-install Access. Drill down into the options where it asks what types of file you wish to display. See if .TIF is among the listed options. If there is no .TIF viewer option, you have your answer.

Failing that, try searching the MS Knowledge Base for .TIF or TIFF and keyword "viewer"

Scroll up the page where it states Supported files and the Graphic Filter option with some formats.
